Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Nevika AI is a digital subscription service. You can cancel anytime. New customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription, provided the included AI credits have not been consumed. Once credits are used, they are non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Settings page.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. You continue to enjoy the paid plan until the end of the current 30-day billing cycle.
  • We do not auto-charge after cancellation; the account simply reverts to the Free plan at period end.

Refund eligibility

  • First-time subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment AND no included credits have been consumed.
  • Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable, as the service has been continuously available.
  • Unused credit top-ups: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the credits remain unused.
  • Failed AI generations: Credits for failed generations are auto-credited back to your wallet immediately — no separate refund required.

What is not refundable

  • Credits that have already been consumed by AI generations.
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window on first-time purchase.
  • Renewals of subscriptions where the service was continuously available.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use policy.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@nevika.co from the email associated with your account.
  2. Include your order ID and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days. The actual credit on your statement depends on your bank or card network (typically 5 – 10 working days).

Payment processors

Online payments on Nevika AI are processed by Cashfree Payments (for INR transactions) and Stripe (for USD transactions). Refunds are issued through the same payment processor used at checkout, to the original payment instrument.
