Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

The short version

Nevika AI is a 100% digital service. There is no physical product to ship. Your subscription, credits and premium features are activated instantly in your account upon successful payment confirmation.

Service delivery

  • Instant activation — subscriptions and credit top-ups activate within seconds of a successful payment.
  • Confirmation — a receipt is emailed to your registered email address and a transaction record is visible inside the app.
  • Service access — you can immediately use your plan via the web app at our domain or any installed PWA shortcut.

No physical shipping

We do not ship any physical goods. No courier, postage, or delivery charges apply. There are no shipping addresses required at checkout.

If activation fails

  • If your payment is successful but the plan does not activate within 15 minutes, refresh the app and visit Settings → Billing.
  • If it is still not visible, email info@nevika.co with your order ID. We resolve activation issues within 1 business day or issue a full refund.

Service availability

Nevika AI is available 24/7 globally over the internet. Occasional planned maintenance windows are announced in-app at least 24 hours in advance. We target 99.5% monthly uptime.
