Terms of Service

By using Nevika AI you agree to these terms. We provide AI tools — you use them responsibly. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. Subscriptions auto-extend for 30 days at a time; cancel anytime by simply not renewing.

• You must be 13 or older. For paid plans you must be 18 or have explicit parental consent.
• You must use Nevika AI only for lawful purposes and not to harass, defraud or harm others.

• You retain ownership of the messages, images and videos you create.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store and serve your content so we can deliver the service.
• You won't upload content that's illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates third-party rights.
• Public characters you publish are visible to all Nevika users. You can make them private or delete them at any time.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or biased. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions.
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated text, images and videos, including any commercial use.
• We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or that they don't resemble third-party works.

• Free — limited daily messages and images, 3 private characters.
• Plus — $4.99 USD or ₹399 / 30 days. Includes 50 monthly credits.
• Pro — $14.99 USD or ₹999 / 30 days. Includes 200 monthly credits and premium models.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law and never expire.
• Plans extend by 30 days on each successful payment. We don't charge again automatically; if you don't renew, you simply revert to Free at the end of the period.
• Failed AI generations (e.g. the upstream provider errors) auto-refund the credits to your balance.

You agree not to:

• Generate sexual content involving minors. This is a permanent ban.
• Generate content intended to harass, threaten or defame a real person.
• Build malware, phishing pages, or instructions for violence.
• Resell Nevika as your own product or scrape it for training.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy. For repeated or severe violations we may permanently ban without refund.

Nevika AI is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Nevika AI is a service operated by its sole proprietor and legal owner, VIKAS VINOD KUMAR JHA. The domain, brand and associated digital assets are registered to and the property of VIKAS VINOD KUMAR JHA. All commercial transactions on this platform are entered into with VIKAS VINOD KUMAR JHA as the contracting party.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of Nevika AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
