Any output from Nevika AI — including chat responses, lab-report interpretations, symptom analysis, and BioTrack visualisations — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
2. Always consult a doctor
Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on Nevika.
3. Emergencies
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (in India: 112; ambulance: 102). Do not rely on Nevika AI in an emergency.
4. AI limitations
- AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information ("hallucinations").
- Nevika applies safety guardrails, but no automated system is perfect.

Nevika does not prescribe medicines. Any medicine mentioned by the AI is educational reference only. Purchase and use of prescription medicines must be under a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
7. Pregnancy, pediatrics & chronic disease
Pregnant users, children, and users with chronic conditions must consult their doctor before acting on any AI suggestion. Nevika's safety gate warns in these contexts but cannot replace individual medical judgment.
