Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you and Nevika Innovations Private Limited ("Nevika"). By creating an account or using Nevika AI, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Nevika is not a substitute for a licensed physician.

2. Nature of service

Nevika AI provides AI-assisted health information, symptom navigation, lab-report interpretation and health tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe. It is not a medical device under the Medical Devices Rules 2017. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@nevika.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated bulk queries.
• No uploading data you do not own or are not authorised to share.
• No attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or bypass safety guardrails.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Cashfree. All fees are inclusive of GST (India). See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All Nevika trademarks, code, models, and content remain the property of Nevika Innovations Private Limited. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it strictly to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevika's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months. Nevika is not liable for any indirect, consequential, medical, or health outcomes arising from reliance on AI output.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nevika against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach after 7 days' written notice, or immediately for safety, fraud, or legal violations. You may terminate at any time via Account → Privacy → Delete account.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Prior to litigation, parties will attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days.
